Lawrence Elie Borger, J.D. has been active in the personal financial planning sector since 2003. He is an Investment Advisor Representative of HTK, providing comprehensive financial planning to business owners, professionals and corporate executives. Advisory services include Wealth Management, Retirement Planning, Life & Disability Insurance, Risk Management, and Business Owner Succession Planning.
In relation to insurance, Elie specializes in estate planning through the design of personalized survivorship policies, to help ensure the preservation of legacy assets including closely held businesses and real estate portfolios.
Graduating with honors from Yeshiva University in 1997, Elie completed his Certificate of Study at the Wharton School of Business in 1999 and his law degree (Juris Doctor) from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in 2000. Elie spent his early professional years practicing corporate law at the NY law firm, Dewey Ballantine, in the mergers and acquisitions and capital markets departments, where he advised Fortune 500 companies ranging from Disney to General Electric.
Elie lives in Teaneck, NJ with his wife and four children. He enjoys time on the water either boating or flyfishing.
